Public Engagement & Volunteer Work
Ever since I joined my mother at local soup kitchens as a child, service has remained a cornerstone of my identity. I believe philosophy is a lived practice rather than a purely theoretical pursuit, and I am deeply dedicated to manifesting the insights born from academic study through active, meaningful community involvement.
The Heimerdinger Foundation, Meals 4 Healing
Delivered organic, nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory meals to the homes of patients battling cancer in Nashville, TN.
Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest
Served as a substitute teacher and tutor at St. Labre Academy on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Ashland, MT.
Big Brother Big Sister Foundation
Served as a big sister throughout my undergraduate studies. Also supported other university students in their work as "big" siblings by organizing workshops and trainings.
